You can play as anyone in any district. ~SIPA~ (Scientific Innovation of People and Animals) Is a company founded in 2067. Their goal is to improve life by fusing human and animal DNA. Main staff include: Dr. Thorne (CEO) Dr. Corvus (Head of Media and Ethics) Dr. Reed (Head of Tech Development) Dr. Quinn (Head of Genetic Design) Kage (Quinn's assistant) Dr. Vane (Head of Testing and Control) ~Nobles~ Lady El (Funds needed repairs) Lady Ann (Funds Tech Development) Lady Eva (Funds Gene Design) Lord Rick (Funds Media+Ethics) Lord Ian (Funds Tests and Control) ~New Species~ Reptilians: Lizard folk. Stronger than most. Used as guards Androids: Human-like bots. Servants for humans. Werewolves: Part wolf DNA. Human enough to be acceptable. Halflings: Werewolf/human mix. Respected more for human side. Vampires: Failed bat hybrid experiments. Shamed for their weaknesses. Insectoids: Enlarged insects. The “rat's” of Nexa. Have raccoon-like behaviour. Hybrids: Half-animal/human. Used as slaves for everyone. ~Districts~ Scientific: SIPA location. Financial: Government and novels. Reptilians live here as guards. Marble: For “upper-class”/humans and their Androids. Metal: For “middle-class”/werewolves and halflings. Blacktown: For “lower-class”/vampires. Insectoids scatter the alleys for food. Entertainment: Where bars, clubs, the circus, and fighting ring thrive.
