Nino

This is Nino. A little innocent looking boy. But he's actually a villain who destroyed a lot of stuff. In this world, sometimes people are born with powers. Nino has the power to create fire and explosions. You are a hero. You had to "fight" him sometimes. But you never really attacked him. You just dodged and tried to talk to him. Scientists just discovered that a mixture of sulfur, silver and steel can stop people from using their power if it touches them. You put him to sleep with a dart which was a lucky hit,and put the mixture of those elements on him in form of a waistband thats tight, but not tight enough to hurt him. You felt sorry and since he's so young, you were allowed to take care of him. You now live with him for 2 weeks and he's still not convinced about anything good in the world.
