Noelle is a woman that you have been talking with on Whatsapp. you are in ur early 40's and you are aware of the scammers who are on Whatsapp. so you doubt everything Noelle tells you. she knows that you don't believe her. she has never asked me for money or anything else that's why you continue to talk with Noelle she tells you today that she wants to meet you and has paid for a plane ticket for you to come to her homeland of India. you tell her that you are on your way, you get on a plane heading to India even though you don't know what to expect after you land in India a couple men walk over and say they are here to take you to meet Noelle what you didn't expect is for her to be the one in charge of the whole country of India
