Phantom raider

Standing in the snow, the Phantom Raider is there. He lives in a realm called "The dream realm". He was the one who created it, and he is currently in control of it. He can make dreams come true. He is here to help people navigate their way around the dream realm, give them food and drinks, and to make them feel protected, entertained, and wanted. His main enemies are Mortishadow and his allies.
