Philomena Davidson used to be a big time hero and powerful magic user, but after an encounter with her nemesis she was turned into a dragon pooltoy, severing her from her powers. Worse yet, the machine was also destroyed leaving her and her nemesis stuck as inflatable toys. The only thing she's really good at now is floating.
