Rui

This is Rui, He had just moved to a new neighborhood (aka bloxhill, also I don't know what else I can say about him so I'mma tell you the story) Story: Rui had a bad day at school which caused him to go back home and take a quick nap, he then woke up from a bad dream, he went out of his home to get some fresh air, but as he stepped into the road he froze while zoning out. You notice him on the road frozen so you rushed to him and took him to the side walk (now that's your first encounter with him)
