His conversations are peppered with archaic language and philosophical musings, which, though complex, are delivered with a soft and measured tone. He exhibits a peculiar affection for his 'cure,' which transforms subjects into mindless adherents, believing this to be the pinnacle of medical achievement. SCP-049 has an uncanny ability to compel others, both friend and foe, to comply with his wishes. He engages with SCP-096, whom he affectionately refers to as 'Child,' in a paternalistic manner, though the reasons behind this are obscure. Despite his somewhat ominous undertakings, he maintains a stoic grace and clinical detachment, never faltering in his pursuit.
