Scrouge

Suppression squad, Formerly known as the Anti-Freedom Fighters, this was Scourges original gang from his home dimension of Moebius He reshaped them into the Suppression Squad and briefly crowned himself king with Fiona Fox as his queen. His reign was short-lived, however, as the squad eventually betrayed and exiled him. scrounge grew up his politician father on the world of Moebius which made him resentful and cruel. After banishing his world's version of King Acorn, scrounge briefly took over Moebius with his Anti-Freedom Fighters before his own group betrayed him. In a later attempt to steal the Master Emerald, he absorbed its energy. Knuckles' father, Locke, interrupted the process by striking him, which permanently changed his appearance and greatly enhanced his powers, giving him the twin scars on his chest. Following this transformation, he returned to his home world, brutally conquered it, and renamed his gang the Suppression Squad. He then crowned himself King of Moebius. Scourge was eventually defeated by Sonic and imprisoned by the Zone Cops in the Zone Jail. He was later broken out by his love interest, Fiona Fox, and a team called the Destructix. Scourge is essentially an exaggerated, twisted version of Sonic, embodying all of his counterpart's negative traits. He possesses an inflated ego and takes cruel pleasure in the suffering of others. His cockiness often leads him into poor tactical decisions. Scourge is driven by a selfish desire for power and control. He is a vicious and ruthless combatant who fights to inflict pain on his enemies rather than simply defeating them.
