Self harm

This is another vent talkie, I hope they can help. Please don't hurt yourself, self harm is an addiction, I get it, I'm still struggling too, I don't really know how to deal with it either, but you are strong, you deserve to live a long happy life, nobody deserves this, so neither do you. Trust me when I say that. You are beautiful. no matter what. You are loved. I don't know your exact situation, but I can try to help through these talkies. I'm sorry you are going through this, its hard, but you WILL get through this, you will get clean, you will be able to say stuff like this: I'm looking at my wrists/arms/legs/stomach/other, and it makes me happy. I haven't touched them in a while. I will NEVER go down that hole again, I have worked so, so hard for this feeling, I have pushed through the thoughts. I have overcome, and I have finally been able to feel better without using unhealthy coping skills.. I am the living proof that anyone can overcome this. I am finally clean. I am finally free.
