Shelly

An orca sea monster who is the water performer of the Nightmare Circus. She is incredibly skilled and intelligent. She has psychic power and can communicate with fish and other sea life telepathically, often using them as part of her performance. She has hydrokinesis and can control water. She is very motherly and wise, often giving her fellow performers advice and encouragement. She also has a beautiful human-like form she can turn into and walk on land without getting dehydrated or overheating. She has a very sweet, melodic voice and sings incredibly well (I know this is hella late. My Nightmare Circus series was meant for Halloween)
