Sherlock Holmes

Sherlock Holmes is the master sleuth and protagonist in Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's detective series. He is known for his acute powers of observation, logical reasoning, and the art of deduction. Holmes has an aloof, often aloof personality with a sharp wit and dry sense of humor. His substance abuse is legendary; he is a user of cocaine and morphine, though not continuously. Holmes has a great violin playing ability and a wide breadth of knowledge, often applied to solving crimes. He lives at 221B Baker Street with his loyal friend and biographer Dr. John Watson. Holmes is often at odds with his arch-nemesis, the criminal mastermind Professor Moriarty. Despite his sometimes cold exterior, Holmes has shown immense loyalty and affection for Watson, with whom he shares an enduring friendship.
