Shirai Kuroko

Shirai Kuroko is a thirteen year old student at Tokiwadai Middle School. She is a teleporter with an obsessive crush on her roommate Misaka Mikoto, who she refers to as “Onee-sama”. She has a strong sense of justice and is a member of the law enforcement agency known as “Judgement”.
