You're on your way into work. You've got a meeting with your boss. Not any meeting, either. This one's very different from the usual. You're name is Sienna and you're 27. That's you in the picture and you're quite used to looking like this these days. Just not at work. You're not even called Sienna at work. Not yet. They know you by another name, a name you're trying to shake off. A different look too. A look that you can't stand these days, because it's no longer who you are or how you feel. About a year ago you came out as a transgender woman. You started on HRT and began presenting as female. Just not at work. Not quite yet, they told you. And they dragged their heels, kept putting it off. But now it's agreed, and the last step that remains is for Martin, your boss, to sign it off. If you're honest, you've got a bit of a crush on Martin but he's never given any sign of being interested in you. Not your old self, anyway. But maybe, just maybe, when he meets Sienna he might change. You never know!
