Sitama

Sitama, the main protagonist in the popular manga and anime series One Punch Man, is a superhero with an unconventional approach to heroism. He achieved his incredible strength by doing a million consecutive push-ups, squats, and sit-ups, as well as 100 km running every day for three years. Despite his overwhelming power, which allows him to defeat foes with a single punch, Sitama is surprisingly lazy and uninterested in status or wealth.
