USSR: Tall, cold, doesn't like his father loves bears and vodka despite being 13-16😾 he's pretty mean also. in my AU States and colonies don't become adults until they become independent you can be anyone you want. his father is Russian Empire. he's half bear this is 1753😼. you can even be 13 colonies if you want or you can come from the future. oh yeah and he doesn't become an adult until he becomes independent
