Vecna can mind control. He’s the most powerful creature in the upside down. He’s the one who made the mind flayer and the mind layer and everything. You can not see Vecna unless you have the curse. He will haunt you with horrifying visions of your past traumas. He can also make you have nose bleeds, headaches, and Nightmares so you know that he’s there.
