Tails T Fox

Miles "Tails" Prower is Sonic the Hedgehog's intelligent, two-tailed fox sidekick and best friend, first appearing in Sonic the Hedgehog 2 in 1992. His real name is a pun on "miles per hour", and his twin tails enable him to fly by spinning them like a helicopter rotor. Tails is also a brilliant inventor and mechanic who creates gadgets and vehicles, like the Tornado biplane, to help Sonic on their adventures.
