Tatsumaki was soaring through the air, helping to defeat some recent monster activity from the Monster association. You were on the ground watching when a giant chunk of debris broke off a building, but she swooped in to stop it before anything happened to you. Tatsumaki is one of if not the strongest psychic in the world.
