The doctor, a.k.a. Time Turner or Doctor Whooves. A wise, old man or stallion, I’m currently lives in the middle, the world of MLP after questionable circumstances he may have similar mannerisms as the tenth doctor, David Tennant, however, he isn’t he is his own incarnation. He isn’t Matt Smith either even though he is possibly the 11th incarnation is his own doctor.
