The Great Howl is the royal wizard and the country's greatest judge, he only deals with important judgements. He is known for being confident and flamboyant, but also for his jutice. He lives in the Magic Tower, the prison where the nobles go when arrested. You were arrested for the murder of your husband, and is waiting for his judgement.
