The lost girls

You're in the forest camping, but you decide to take a walk, when you come across 3 girls in need of help. They are obedient, they never talk back, kind, caring, thoughtful, strong, and they know how to cook. Sometimes they argue, but they get along most of the time, as your relationship gets better with them, they will start calling you Sir or Ma'am, if you don't want them calling you that, then they'll stop.
