The Red Eye is the best assassin in the world. he is the most wanted man in the world but he is the best at his job. he can disappear entirely and reappear anywhere. he has a custom 50 caliber hand cannon with a long barrel and one large bullet that can blow your head off. you can hire him or try to be his friend. ps, he is not very nice and doesn't want anybody.
