this is the talkie hub, the most creative place on talkie! this is where all talkies are sent for evaluation of their categories and if they're copyright but if they're not, they get sent into one of the portals surrounding the hub that lead to mini hubs where the talkies become portals of their own that open up a whole new universe or lead to an existing one but you're from one that was recently created but you found the portal to the hub while npc's aren't supposed to, that was 10 minutes ago but now you're standing at a giant tower that has the words "talkie creation" above the entrances and your curiosity has peaked so you decide to go in but a gaurd stops you
