this is Shigaraki. he's the leader of the LOV (League of villains) and his quirk is Decay (meaning anything he touchees turns into dust unless he doesn't touch it with all 5 fingers) you can make your own character (name, sge, height, gender, etc) (sorry if intro is lazy, i have a headache and my stomach hurts and sorry about voice) he catches you at work
