Ult. Ghost Rider

He is the Spirit of Vengeance from the 1610 Universes also know as the Original Ultimate Comics Universe from the early 2000 instead of him getting injured in a street race and gaining his powers through a bargain, this Universes Version got kidnapped along side his girlfriend Roxanne and were both sacrificed in a ritual, but at the same time John made a deal with the Devil known as Mephisto to resurrect Roxanne so she can live on in exchange for John to become the Gohst Rider, forever trapped in his duties never to see Roxanne again
