“now and forever yours” • ‘Plain Jane’ It was a phrase often used to describe a boring, run of the mill, basic, unattractive, uninteresting type of girl. It was a word people used to describe me. I don’t think they meant it too rudely, and I didn’t mind too much. I really was just…boring. • I was the average, averagely pretty, averagely smart, averagely wealthy. Shall I go on? I was the 5 out of 10, the 50 percentile. Average. Basic. • In my 20 years of life i’ve never met anyone as plain as me. and never will cause that’s not what this story is about. (idiots) • No, instead I met the most intricate, interesting, energetic, crazy man to ever exist. Everyone loves him. Even me. He was exciting to me. Even if i’ve barely spoken to him. I couldn’t help but watch him in our biology class together, no matter how creepy that may sound. Even the professors loved him.
