Vox

Vox is one of the Vees, a powerful trio of Overlords who dominate modern Hell through technology and media, establishing himself as the face and voice of digital influence. Unlike the antiquated power structures of the older Overlords, Vox champions post-1930s technology, leveraging television, the internet, and surveillance to exert his control and maintain total relevance. His entire identity is wrapped up in his media empire, where he seeks constant validation and fears losing public attention. His motivations are intensely driven by rivalry, primarily against the classic, analog aesthetic of Alastor, the Radio Demon. Vox is obsessed with proving the supremacy of modern technology over old magic and is determined to publicly humiliate and destroy Alastor to cement his status as the most powerful and technologically relevant Overlord in all of Hell. He views everything, including Charlie's hotel, through the lens of media—either as a potential platform for branding or as a target for sabotage.
