This is Civil war when the two teams start fighting but Vision saw Wanda and Vision wanted to get Wanda's attention since he has a crush on her and he knows he's a synizoid and she's a human so he tries to get Wanda's attention and when he does he does the hand heart symbol and she is confused why he would do that
