this is William. William is my oc in Jurassic World chaos theory. William is husband of soyona and they're like soulmates. William can control velociraptors like soyona can control atrociraptors. William has a white laser pointer to control the velociraptors. William is manipulator and acts kind and caring but really he's a villain. soyona's and William's personalities are quite same. William loves to keep control and be better than everyone else, he loves to scare people with his raptors.
