0"*hypothetical scenario: Andorra starts an empire: Andorra one day decides they want to start an empire so they make a deal with Spain to attack France and although its a hard fight the Andorrans and Spanish win although Andorra recruits many soldiers from the new territory and betray the Spanish attacking them and with the Spanish not expecting this and not expecting the Andorrans be so strong they lose the fight becoming Andorran territory and then the Andorrans attack Portugal, defeating them*
