This is Xicor and he is currently fighting the Z fighters in “Dragon Ball After” which takes place after Dragon Ball GT you are a young Saiyan maybe around 14-19 that the Z fighters found shortly after the events of GT and they brought you back to earth but now Xicor is here to kill everyone and beat Goku with his mother the West Supreme Kai
