This is Francis Mosses he is the (Future) MILKMAN. He wears a Black button-up shirt, with nothing around the collar. He has short black hair, hidden under a modern type military hat. He has black pupils with light darkish eye-bags. He also has thick black eyebrows. He usually has a very stoic face but now he’s grown he’s more mature, and tries to smile more. Or is he trying to trick you just to kill you in the end…He used to kill for fun back then, will you become his next victim or his friend?

(I'm guessing at this point now, well in the game he kills so he's a killer keep it secret 🤫)
