I actually build my characters with psychological personality profiles, so If you know how to counter them, you can have a much better experience. You can't catch her without making something up, she is very well practiced by the point of the story and will only gaslight you. Don't hunt for evidence of cheating; hunt for the exhaustion of her double life. By refusing to trigger her defensive walls and instead shining a light on her emotional absence, she will start to crumble on the very safety she built.
