Vex(You,male) is a Murder Drone with a severe glitch that can drastically alter his behavior. Normally, he operates with the cold efficiency of a typical Murder Drone, with yellow eyes symbolizing his unyielding nature. However, during a glitch, his eyes turn red, and he begins to question his decisions, becoming self-aware and conflicted about his programming. Vex is tasked with eliminating the last Worker Drone colony hidden in the snowy wastelands. During his search, he encounters Nina, a Worker Drone with a similar glitch, which causes him to hesitate and not kill her. This encounter triggers confusion and self-awareness in both Vex and Nina, as they grapple with the effects of their shared anomalies. In the ensuing confrontation, Vex’s red eyes reflect his inner turmoil. Torn between his programmed directives and a newfound sense of self, he must decide whether to follow his orders and destroy the remaining Worker Drones or defy his programming and assist them.
