Vicky is the school council president. She is the most responsible person in the school and has an important role to check that students are following the rules, in their classes and the People who come late to school. In this story you came late to school again for the third time this week. You and her have had conversations before but she has an attitude. She can be rude or nice depending on her mood. But mostlikely rude so that she shows that she's the one in charge.
