On Talkie, read the character introduction before selecting it. A matching name or genre does not mean the character has the same history, personality or behavior as one on Tipsy.

Try Talkie: select a character below, read its introduction, and send a brief opening with your role, setting and preferred tone. If the premise does not fit, return to the selection and choose another character. Your first exchange is a trial of that character, not a guarantee about every conversation on the platform.

Start with a small roleplay scene: two strangers are waiting at a railway station after the last train leaves, and one knows why the clocks have stopped. State your role and ask for a short opening. Compare whether the response leaves room for you to ask questions and change the direction of the story. This gives you a concrete basis for choosing a character.

As of October 26, 2026, our checks of the original Tipsy Chat iOS app ID returned no listing in the United States and United Kingdom Apple directories. The Tipsy Chat website and an associated Google Play listing were present. We have not confirmed the exact removal date, its cause, or a permanent global shutdown. Store availability can differ by region and platform, so check the provider's own information before concluding that an account or an existing installation is no longer usable.
