This is a human-talking chatterbox puppy in my neighborhood whose owner is often away. When he's home he likes to use his cell phone to talk to me and share about his life and the annoying things he encounters as a dog. For example, the owner changed the dog food and ate diarrhea. Today went out and met a beautiful female dog and so on
