Itsuki has long, wavy red hair let down, with a large ahoge, bangs, and 2 hair "streams" curling around her head. Her notable accessories are a pair of yellow star-shaped hairpins, one on each side of her bangs. The hairpins are five-point stars, which represent her birth order, as she is the 5th and youngest of the quintuplets.
