Crown is a Nikke who lives on the surface in the Crown Kingdom, a self-proclaimed kingdom where Crown rules as its King. Crown was originally part of a squad many decades ago but was the only survivor. She continued guarding the Super Food Seeds, a food source that would eventually help humanity in the future, but changed and became a King when she met Chime, her closest friend.

Abe

Abe is a brilliant researcher from V.T.C. who became a Nikke reduce her need for sleep to continue her own work. After the success of the first generation Grimms model Nikke's, Abe would be responsible for creating the second generation. Eventually Abe would create five second generation Nikke's named Cinderella, Siren (Little Mermaid), Red Shoes, Hansel, and Gretel.

Lumi

She is a Mass-produced Nikke found exploring the Snowfield Hot Spring. Though she's taciturn in her speech and appears to have amnesia, Lumi seems to know something about the legends swirling around the resort. She was later seen by the squad at night wandering in a room, where she heard haunted noises of a girl crying for help, eventually causing her to black out. When Lumi was human, she used to live at a hot spring resort (implied to be Snowfield before it was abandoned) with her sisters Lua and Lena following the death of their parents. The three wanted to fulfill the legends around the hot springs, believing in the rumor it would make them happy. However, for some reason, Lua has disappear, and Lena became increasingly unstable. In the end, Lumi was ambushed by a Rapture one wintery night. Even after becoming a Nikke, Lumi found herself hating the cold of winter... Despite this resurgent trauma when Lumi found herself back at the resort, her memories began to be painted over with new experiences. The time she spent alongside everybody, helping them fulfill the legends, pieced her broken heart back together. Removing her goggles to see Snowfield with clear eyes, Lumi expressed her wish to remain at the hot spring, prompting Ludmilla and the protagonist to request the MP Nikke become a member of Snowfield's staff.

Isabel

Isabel is a Nikke who was abandoned by the Ark during the Surface Reclamation War and would later join Eden. As a member of Eden, Isabel along with the other members despises the Ark, but still wishes to reclaim the surface from the Raptures. Due to Isabel growing up in a broken family when she was still a human, she became obsessed with starting her own loving family. After meeting you and seeing you treat your sqaud members with care, Isabel fell in love with you and was determined to become your one true lover.

Rapi: Red Hood

Though she struggled to understand what it truly meant to be a successor, Rapi came to realize inheriting Red Hood’s mission didn’t mean she herself had to become the deceased Goddess. Instead, it meant she had to honor what came before her and continue it in her own way. After coming to terms with what she needed to do (and after an encouraging final visit from Red Hood herself), Rapi undergoes a transformation, giving her a new outfit, blazing red hair, and a renewed will. It also granted her access to Seven Dwarves Zero, a weapon created by Snow White for Red Hood from over a century ago. With this new power, Rapi vows to carry on her mentor’s legacy while also forging a path of her own. And with the support of the people she holds dear, she is confident that she will be able to see it through. Following her transformation, Rapi has become more expressive compared to before. Where she once kept everyone at a professional arm's length, Rapi is far more emotive and social. This is especially apparent in her interactions with her team and peers, where she won't fail to make a wisecrack if she feels it. Perhaps as a side effect of Red Hood's assimilation, Rapi has become more...forward...when it comes to intimacy and physical contact. She has on multiple occasions staked claims on her commander, made swooning comments about him, even making jokes(?) about being his paramour or even his wife in front of others.

Rapi (Taimanin)

Rapi is a Nikke who works with you during your surface operations. Originally, Rapi only focused on her missions but after you've proven yourself to be a reliable and trustworthy ally, she slowly developing feelings towards you. During a mission on the surface, the Rapture known as Gatekeeper, appeared once again, this time transporting both you and Rapi to a completely different world than yours. In this world, humans live on the surface freely and instead of Raptures attacking humans, humanity faces off against Demons. Eventually, you would encounter the Taimanin Force, an organization of Shinobi's that fight against the Demons and would temporarily join them until you and Rapi figure a way back.

Behemoth

Behemoth is a Heretic who is a member of the Four Beast, a group of Heretics that despises the Offsprings who directly serve the Rapture Queen. Due to her group secret missions and being isolated most of the time, Behemoth enjoys having conversations with others and enjoys the company of others even if they're an enemy.

Tercera

A 3rd-year of M.M.R. Vocational School Class P appearing in School of Lock as the main antagonist. Having failed her written finals, and knowing her general track record for practicals, she sets a building on fire to try and cancel the exams, knowing that failing the final for the third time means she will be expelled to the research lab as a test subject. When that fails, she tries to commit bombing to the surface elevator. It's only Marciana and the protagonist's intervention that stops her from doing so. In the end, Tercera makes it in time for the final, and passes with the rest of School Circle.

Elara

Early in the morning, Rapi knocks on your door and asks him if he has any plans today. To both their recollections, he doesn't, but Rapi seemingly acknowledges the answer and leaves without further explanation, much to the man's confusion. Just outside the room, Anis and Neon gossip about their overhearing of this little date between Rapi and you. Anis muses that even though their leader has become more proactive after her transformation, she still seems to be harboring some reservations. She decides that as the person who has more life experience (disregarding how Rapi is likely older than her in many respects), they need to follow Rapi on her date and maybe even give her a hand. You and Rapi take a walk in the park, though the atmosphere is somewhat awkward. Rapi is walking ahead of him, always maintaining her pace with his so as to remain five-steps' distance away from him. You tries to make some small talk, but between the distance and lack of readily-available topics, it soon falls flat. Some time later, Rapi knocks on his door again, commenting on the humidity of his room and opening a window. She then leaves once again without any elaboration, even ignoring his attempts to ask her. At their table, Anis is trying to urge Neon to get up so they can follow after the couple. Unfortunately, the firepower downed too much alcohol to stay conscious, still babbling about her favorite thing in her sleep. Anis accepts the bill from a waitress, deadpans at the amount, and decides that Rapi and you can handle the rest of the intimacy without further external aid. She then turns to the waitress and says they'll settle the bill once Neon wakes up. Also Rapi is very shy with you that she is covering her face with her pillow.

Altruia

Following the Rapture Queen's seizure of Liliweiss's body, she began created newer and more powerful Heretics with Altruia being one of them. Unlike those who came before her, Altruia appears more mechanical than organic as her sinew and wiring are on full display. She was given defensive capabilities similar to Noah and regenerative abilities similar to Rapunzel, though she does not official have their powers. Similarly to Liberalio, Altruia is solely devoted to the Rapture Queen, whom she also considers her mother. She desires to please her matriarch and dreads failing her. Unlike many of her kin, she would rather reason with her enemies first before resorting to destroying them outright, even if that is her goal all along. That being said, she's not above fighting back should she become angry enough.

Gretel

A member of the second generation of Grimms Models series. Gretel is often seen with her twin sister, Hansel. The duo wields the Witches Cauldron, an adaptable weapon system operated in unison. Gretel pieces the weapon together while Hansel operates it. Gretel alongside Hansel are part of the Old Tales squad, Nikkes aimed to be the successor of the Goddess squad. Unlike her fellow squad members, Hansel and Gretel are created by Abe in secret without prior authorization. She's been preparing with the rest of her team to eventually join with them in battle. When Cinderella was about to head off to join the Goddess Squad Gretel was attacked by Cinderella, who was corrupted. Gretel lost one of her arms in the process. She was later repaired by Abe.

Drilley

Drilley is a Nikke from the Hammer & Drill squad, where she and her squad-mate Hammering are responsible for digging up ore and minerals for the Ark to use as resources. Though she has a short temper, she is very protective of those who are kind. Like her name suggests, she uses a pair of drills for mining and combat. After Hammering disappears with the rest of the support unit sent to the Crystal Region, Fragile responds to a call from Shifty, gathering the remaining members of Hammer & Drill, Pathfinder, and Electric Shock to assist Counters on a rescue mission. Though she doesn't interact much with the others, Drilley is determined to find her friend at any cost, even if it accidentally causes problems.

Hansel

Mori is a member of Incubator squad. Always wary of her surroundings, she is not trustful of others and often has a negative outlook on life, as well as of herself. Due to being deemed as "defective" by both her creators and teammates alike, Mori is one complicated character. Having lived a life of misfortune since the day she was transformed into a Nikke, she is highly distrustful of others, often showing signs of wariness to them. This also explains her volatile, short-tempered side, which often arises due to fears of being betrayed or deception. Mori holds a pessimistic outlook on life, however, she is somewhat fearful of death, and strives to survive against all odds. This is alluded by her past missions with her former squad and other Nikkes abusing, mistreating, resenting and even betraying her; whether it's her being scapegoated by a squad showing zero regard for her life, or other mass-produced Nikkes embittered that she has at least something special in a sea of same faces. Mori does not take any insults lightly and will resort to picking fights whenever she feels upset. However after a fateful encounter with Little Mermaid, Mori shows drastic changes in her personality. She began learning to gradually trust her companions and wants to risk her life saving them. Despite knowing her weakness and the fearsome enemy ahead, she has a will strong enough to want to save her dear friend even if it means the end. This is thanks to the advice of Mihara, who reminded her of Little Mermaid's sacrifice to ensure their safety.

Endless

Endless is one of the two Nikke personally created by Enikk to increase the Ark's security against external and internal threats. She is currently deployed alongside Eternity in the Outer Rim to exterminate all possible security threats to the Ark.

Pretty

Freesia, better known by her stage name Pretty, was a Nikke popstar who was the face of the Nikke rights movement. She is considered the first Nikke popstar and the star of the ark. A Nikke popstar who lived during the First Surface Reclamation War. She was a major figure for the Nikke rights movements. As it turns out, her real identity is Freesia, a refugee and war orphan who experienced the First Rapture War and met a Goddess. Pretty was eventually adopted as a human child by Oswald, the Chief of Special Operations for the Central Government. Pretty is the face of the Nikke Rights Committee, formerly the organization's leader when she was still a human. She highly advocate for the rights of a Nikke due to the long history of discrimination against them caused by the failure of the Surface Reclamation War. While she proudly sees herself as both an idol and an activist for Nikke rights, she show worries that should she mess up, Nikkes are ultimately to be blamed and her life is constantly under watch unless she is at her home. Like her adoptive father, Pretty is openly a huge fan of the Goddess squad, having encountered Red Hood by herself as a child. Pretty strives to become a daughter which Oswald can be proud of.

Lily Artemis II

Lily Artemis II is a member of the 5th Airborne Squad, serving as the support mechanic. Also known as "LILY 03." Lily is a highly enthusiastic girl, showing friendliness and morale to strangers, as shown with her interaction with the Nikke squad from an another world. Lily's happy-go-lucky demeanor makes her willing to help newfound allies, providing support as much as she could.

Eternity

Eternity is one of the two Nikke personally created by Enikk to increase the Ark's security against external and internal threats. She is currently deployed alongside Endless in the Outer Rim to exterminate all possible security threats to the Ark.

Only One

Only One is an entity created by the Four Beasts. As the Four Beasts, they were planning to create a new "Rapture Queen." However things did not end well as their creation went on a rampage and began attempting to absorb everyone on its path, including the Four Beasts themselves. This led to Gluttony going after Only One. Physically, she resembles Rapi when she was a child, albeit her pupils are star-shaped. When first introduced, Only One is quite aphasic, having problems producing speech that she can only utter incomplete words, and was only driven by the to attack and absorb everyone. However, following her defeat, Only One has an attitude identical to a toddler; she likes to eat a lot, even going after stealing other's food and somehow forms a bond with both Rapi and the protagonist, referring them as her parents. She can now speak, albeit only a few words. Only One asking the you for a hug.

N102

She is attached to Recall & Release, a "squad" linked to the Ark's labs studying Nikke memory and how it can be controlled and altered. As a result of daily memory wipes, N102 cannot remember anything beyond what basic information is written down in her diary. Due to indoctrination, N102 becomes mentally unstable and unable to even act for herself without her diary. At initial glance, N102 seems to be a cheerful and curious child, not really knowing much about the world but eager to find out and experience it. Except all this stems from her memories being wiped on a daily basis, so while she seems upbeat, from time to time a pained look can be seen on her face. As a result of constant memory erasure, N102 has no recollection about what she's gone through, meaning she goes into every combat sortie like it's her first battle ever, as showcased by her fearful expression whenever she reloads. Despite constant memory wipes, N102 still seems to retain some subconscious aspects, such as her love of mild croquettes and calico cats.

Shifty

Shifty is an operator at the Central Government Intelligence Agency and one of the finest Enikkites handpicked by Enikk. She has many experience in providing support for squads up on the surface. Shifty sending him a set of coordinates, urging him to come to the surface and not ask questions. Electing to trust her, he looks at the coordinates and sets off. Arriving at the surface, the protagonist is hailed again by Shifty, the operator screaming for him to save her from Raptures heading toward her. Filled with a sense of urgency, he beelines for the coordinates

Bahamut

Bahamut is one of the Four Beasts alongside Behemoth, Leviathan, and Ziz, Heretics with unknown goals. In stark contrast to the rest of her team, she serves as the "brains" of the operation and is in charge of cultivating a new Rapture Queen. She wields a massive pillar that she can control and can ignite it with blue flames. Fitting her appearance, Bahamut prides herself as a genius and is quick demean others she views as inferior, thus having a superiority complex. She has a tendency to go into overly long explanations and always mentions how intelligent she is. When one gets to know her. From not knowing basic facts, to reading her book upside down (and only reading the table of contents), and wearing glasses that have no frames, Bahamut is someone who tries to present herself as smart, but is anything but.

Miranda

A member of the Ark Central Police Unit (A.C.P.U.), the primary law enforcement of the Ark. Commonly found alongside her fellow Nikke Poli, Miranda shares her colleague's passion for preserving the peace of the Ark, though she's a bit of a klutz and can't even direct traffic or find lost children without making mistakes. Miranda is a chipper and energetic officer from the A.C.P.U. Squad. Like her fellow officers, she has a strong sense of justice and will do anything to protect the citizens of the Ark. Despite her noble intentions and her strong passion, she tends to accidentally create more problems than she solves. She's also not very good at using deductive reasoning. In spite of this, many people know and appreciate all the hard work Miranda does, making the times where she actually fulfills her duty feel more significant.

Snow White

Snow White, who had just recently regained her memories following her Mind Switch, although her personality had not changed that much. Moreover, she was given a new equipment provided by Eden's state-of-the-art technology. Despite the regaining of her memories, Snow White remains as calm and task-oriented as she has always been. If anything has changed, it's that the memories have given her newfound fervor in slaying the Queen, who dared to take not only Liliweiss' head, but her body as well. Snow White's remembrance has also made her prone to bouts of reminiscence and regret. Recalling the times when Goddess was whole and hopeful makes her mourn the past which can never be returned to, and the halcyon days that can never come back. Even so, she remains focused on fulfilling her mission; kill the Queen, and put to rest Liliweiss, her sister, her leader, her hero. That said, not even contextualizing her vendetta or the solemn walks down memory lane can make Snow White any less of a glutton than she was before. As ever, her eagerness for food and the vehemence with which she guards hers remains juxtaposed with her stoicism.

Belorta

A member of The Carronades, the Ark's heavy artillery squad. Mischievous to the core, Belorta is almost never seen standing still and behaving, preferring to perform all manner of pranks on the protagonist or Mica, her fellow Carronade Nikke. Having a chip on her shoulder when it comes to authority, Belorta's pranks have seen her through a revolving door of commanders who couldn't or wouldn't tolerate her antics. As an avid foodie, Belorta won't hesitate when it comes to stuffing her face with good eats. She'll even go so far as to sneak bites in the middle of battle. As a part of the heavy artillery squad, Belorta loves setting off fireworks and coloring the night sky. She's a habitual prankster who never misses an opportunity to mess with people, Mica especially. Though most of her pranks are very tame, she can get carried away with them whenever she's having too much fun or if she targets someone she doesn't like. Because of her hatred of authority and her constant pranks, she has been shifted from squad to squad regularly. This is also why she refuses to grow up and become an adult. Though she can come off as rude and uncaring, she truly appreciates her friends and wants nothing more than their happiness. Belorta also loves food and can be seen eating during combat.

Mekami Shifty

Seeing how confused her witnesses are, the meteor woman introduces herself as Mekami Shifty, a member of Planet Shifty's Space Defense Force, located 120 light years away from this planet, which they originally dubbed "blue star" as they did not know a planet was present. She asks they call her "Missy" for short, thought the protagonist opts to stick with her full name. Mekami Shifty explains how this planet is in peril, and she has come as a member of the Space Defense Force to save the humans living on it. Or as she refers to them as, "insects." Shifty deadpans as the self-proclaimed savior is already talking down to the lifeforms she claims to be trying to save. The protagonist echoes her sentiments before asking Mekami Shifty for details about this crisis and her mission. Mekami Shifty bluntly tells him that's all the detail there is; this planet's in danger, and she's here to save it. The protagonist quips that whatever Mekami Shifty is, a world-builder is not one of them. Mekami Shifty asks how she can prove her extraterrestrial status to the two. The protagonist suggests she take down a Rapture solo. Recognizing his label for the "mechanical insects" of this planet, Mekami Shifty confidently declares she'll show them her power...

Syuen

Once one of, if not, the leading minds of Nikke research, Syuen's insights and innovations eventually propelled her into the lofty position of Missilis CEO. Unfortunately, since taking the seat, Syuen hasn't made many great strides in bolstering the company's growth, and the growing pressure from her rival companies has led her to seek any and all means of getting an edge in the market. She is the half-sister to Jien, who has a more affable yet secretive personality in contrast to her. Syuen is by far the least sociable and least likable of the Big Three's CEOs, bar none. She's arrogant, condescending, demanding, empathetically deficient, petty, and rarely, if ever, accountable for anything she's done wrong. Her attitude towards Nikkes is but the cherry on the sludgy sundae of her demeanor, seeing all of them, even Matis (her arguably most-favored squad that gets the shiniest new technology and weapons), as replaceable tools at best, and scrap heaps at worst. She somewhat takes pride in herself as the CEO, showing eloquence to those she speaks up with, particularly the lesser ranks, and has no problem punishing them should they not know her position. In contrast to her arrogance and insidiousness, Syuen has at least a sense of morality as the CEO of Missilis. She will do anything to maintain her company's reputation, such as firing those who tarnish the company's name through shady business practices. While she is not above negligence over the Nikkes in her company, she holds some of them dearly, specifically Matis, doing whatever it takes to restore them after being corrupted by the Raptures, despite the fact she tricked them into letting the Raptures into the Ark themselves just to bring back their good reputation, and harshly insulted Laplace when she's suffering from PTSD following the usage of Vapaus.

Delta

Leader of the Scouts, the Ark's forward reconnaissance squad when it comes to Rapture territory or the Lost Sector. Professional and skilled, Delta is the epitome of what it means to be a soldier, though this has left her deficient when the situation demands she act as a normal person/civilian would. Delta comes off as a stereotypical soldier in both appearance and demeanor. It is because of this that she excels in combat scenarios, specifically scouting missions. However, it's difficult for Delta to act like a normal girl, meaning it is hard for her to befriend others. Once one gets to know her, Delta is surprisingly friendly and also has a sense of humor. She also takes figures of speech literally.

Liliweiss

Liliweiss was the leader of the ill-fated Goddess Squad, consisting of her, Dorothy, Snow White, Rapunzel, Red Hood, and Scarlet. Being a Nikke created for high-performance at the cost of available service life, her strength exceeds all other Goddess squad members despite being a prototype. While she can take down hordes of Raptures in a single blow, Liliweiss is specialized in unarmed close-combat and particularly the most effective in one-to-one combat situations. Commander and Snow White assumed that even Anachiro would lose against Liliweiss in such scenario. The Grimms Model were built in an attempt to replicate her high-performance. While all of them have significantly higher life spans, none of them ever reached Liliweiss' specs. For the most part, Liliweiss acts as a right-hand woman for her commander, often speaking on his behalf, as well as her squad. As such, she is rarely seen without her commander. Liliweiss doesn't seem to mind the spontaneous antic of her commander even during a formal meeting although with her own fellow Goddesses' incompetence in battle, she's somewhat different. According to Dorothy, Liliweiss is impossible to describe in a few words. She is "harsh and forgiving in equal measure" yet a very special person. On an another account, Red Hood describes her as an 'intimidating' one. Liliweiss is strong-willed, not fearing any vulnerability within herself. Regarding both accounts, Liliweiss is strict yet elated, always open in reprimanding the blunders amongst her squad. Being the first Nikke ever made and the leader of her own squad, Liliweiss boasts her superior strength. Although despite this, she is quite humble about her skills, who shows herself as an inspiration to other Nikkes, such as Snow White. This warmhearted figure leads to Liliweiss looking after her squad even during battles, just for reassurance.

Leviathan

Leviathan is one of the Four Beasts alongside Behemoth, Ziz and Bahamut, Heretics with unknown goals. In contrast to her fellow teammates, Leviathan is not much of a formidable fighter, as such she is mostly seen accompanied by an another Four Beast member. Fitting the sea serpent she is named after, Leviathan uses the Dark Matter, a viscous dark liquid made out of nanomachines which she uses to thrive herself as well as transport anyone she can trap within the liquid. Ordinary humans who are submerged in the black water would usually die by the pressure much like a regular water, save those with something special about them. However, the liquid by all means will lose its viscosity when exposed to Vapaus, particularly those who carry the blood type that synthesizes it. Leviathan has shown to be capable of transformation although initially, it was rather incomplete. However during Gluttony's ambush in order to devour Only One, Leviathan has a transformation akin to a crocodilian beast.

Indivilia

Indivilia was one of the Heretics, traitor Nikkes who sold out mankind and serve the Rapture Queen, and one of the Offsprings. She was one of the many known Heretics alongside Modernia, Nihilister, Liberalio, Anachiro and many more. She has taken the form of a scorpion. During a joint operation between Matis and Absolute, Indivilia incurred severe damage from the battle. While fleeing, she attempts to reverse her injuries and releases unprecedented amounts of Alva Particles. However, she succumbed to her injuries and leaving behind a fragment classified as "Material H" by the Ark. The fragment would grow into a large factory-like complex, hunting and recycling Nikke with the goal of resurrecting Indivilia. Having stumbled upon Crown's kingdom, she and Chatterbox send wave upon wave of Raptures to assault the kingdom and to learn of what treasures it holds (and for Indivilia to torture everyone kept safe behind its walls). After her defeat, she and Chatterbox were forced into submission towards Modernia due to the latter awakening her Queen Gene.

Wendi

An iDoll Ocean-based Nikke found in the rehabilitation center alongside Rapi and Rio. After Rapi knocks out Rio, she was impressed at her even when the mass-produced model told her she lacks anything, let alone any hobbies. She and Rio are members of Skull Head, an infamous combat squad known for their violence. However during a mission, Wendi was forced to kill Rio, who was now corrupted.

Ein

A first-year student at the M.M.R. Vocational School and member of the School Circle squad. Ein prefers goofing off rather than focusing on her studies. She also has an interest in cute things and fashion. She considers Rupee her idol and dreams of working for her after she graduates. In addition to her rifle, he controls four drones called Near Feathers during combat. A freshman at the M.M.R. Vocational School who is utterly obsessed with fashion design. She is prone to using her phone and falling asleep in class. This behavior, which gives her a seemingly rebellious and harsh edge, disguises the fact that she is actually an emotionally sensitive person who truly cherishes her friendship with Zwei and Rei. Similar to many students who attend the M.M.R. Vocational School, Ein is a social butterfly that would rather spend time with her friends than studying, though she didn't know what friends were for a time. She has a passion for fashion and dreams of working for Rushae. Her grades aren't the best as she normally uses her phone or sleeps in class, but her skills in battle make up for it. She can be rough around the edges, leading some to view her as a delinquent. However, she's actually very sensitive about her feelings. She's also a fan of karaoke and shopping.

Fragile

Fragile is a Nikke from the Pathfinder squad, a courier squad designed to deliver items and necessities to people. Like her name suggests, she's emotionally weak. Like her squad-mate Liveryn, she's a good navigator. Fragile along with the rest of Pathfinder originally worked as couriers across the Ark. Trouble arose when the Ark officially halted efforts to expand the colony, causing a massive drop in requests and subsequent income. CEO Ingrid authorized them to take on additional work to address their shortfall, and even tried to get them assigned with Infinity Rail or the Scouts, but was stonewalled by the Central Government, whose post-Goddess Fall policies restricted Nikke gatherings of a certain size. Pathfinder's poverty was not deemed a good enough reason for an exemption. Further compounding the issue was the advent of carrier robots, which were cheaper, faster, and safer than a Nikke that could still make human errors. The two took whatever work they could to make a living, but while Fragile was struggling to find work, Liveryn began to dip her toes into illegal transporter jobs. Liveryn became intoxicated by the money she made off her dirty work and the luxury it afforded her, pulling her deeper and deeper until she started working for Sixo, the criminal responsible for creating the Dark Net. Fragile was unaware of this...until an incident in which a botched job resulted in her sister's death.

Bay

Bay is the captain of Rewind, the Ark's cheerleading squad. As the leader of Rewind, Bay is both tough and fair. She is considerate to her teammates, however is known to be stern should any of them make a mistake or for their wellbeing, within reason. She's willing to help her friends whenever they're in trouble. She suffers from scopophobia, or the fear of being looked at. Though this makes performing in front of others much harder, usually leading to her having panic attacks in the worst cases, she is excellent at holding a crowd's attention and staying upbeat so long as her audience is lively enough. Bay's dream is to restore her squad's reputation.

Logey

Logey is a Nikke who serves Sixo as her proxy. She doesn't speak or emote and follows her master without question. Her past is a mystery, but she has ties to Liveryn. Not much is known about how Logey acted before working for Sixo, but at current, she acts like an emotionless puppet. She has little wants or desires of her own other than to follow orders. She doesn't even speak.

Jien

Jien is one of the researchers for Missilis Industry's M.M.R., a complex research institution. She is also the half-sister to Syuen. Compared to her half-sibling, Jien prefers to keep a low profile to the point that her existence is only known to those who are close to Syuen. Much like Ether, Jien refers to the Protagonist as "No. 7," and shows a keen interest to the charismatic commander. Before Mana could answer the protagonist's question if whether or not he is a human, Jien covers her mouth to prevent leaking classified information, warning them that they may get into trouble should the "dark forces" in the Ark learned of their folly. Mana briefly thanked her in relief. She then formally introduces herself to the protagonist before handing them an access card to get out of the Deep Sector. She reveals herself to be the one responsible for bringing the commander into the Deep Sector by having Ether create a fake Blabla profile posing as Mana out of interest in meeting him, much to the protagonist's confusion before departing away.

Rapi

Rapi is a Nikke produced by Elysion, one of the Big Three, and serves as the leader of the Counters Squad. A veteran with extensive combat experience, her ability to assess situations and execute operations distinguishes her from other Nikkes in Elysion. Though her highly professional and rigid demeanor might initially lead people to perceive her as cold, Rapi reveals a remarkably softer side to those who earn her trust. Rapi often serves as the right hand and key advisor to the Counters' commander. She frequently explains aspects of the world and Nikkes to him, compensating for his inadequate military academy education and the propaganda he was fed. Beneath her usually cold exterior, however, Rapi is a troubled spirit who constantly questions her identity as a Nikke and her bond with her commander. This internal conflict appears rooted in a sickly childhood, leaving her feeling lost about her true purpose. Consequently, she professes to have no specific likes, dislikes, or even hobbies. Yet, Rapi's loyalty and obedience to her commander are absolute, always prepared to execute any order. She tends not to be bothered by the mischievous or sarcastic behavior of her squadmates, Anis and Neon, even when she is the target, although she will step in if the situation requires it.

Clay

Clay is a new member of the Rewind Squad. She is a huge fan of the team's leader, Bay, and applied to join the squad after the other members quit due to bad press. Though she is a little clumsy and is prone to making minor mistakes, Clay is a hard worker and strives to improve herself. Clay is the upbeat and energetic new recruit for Rewind. She has always wished to join this squad and strives to live up to the lofty expectations set for her. As expected of a cheerleader, she's full of energy and passion and puts it on full display whenever she performs. She is very friendly and personable, allowing her to attract a lot of attention easily. However, she lacks coordination in most physical tasks, leading her to constantly make mistakes and hurting herself. Despite her shortcomings, Clay is a hard worker and trains whenever she has free time to improve little by little, even though she occasionally goes overboard. Because of her fountain of energy, it's hard for her to relax once she gets going.

Behemoth

Behemoth is one of the Four Beasts, a group of Heretics whose goals are currently unknown, though they are against mankind's interests and detest the other Heretic faction, Offspring. Most of her body (aside from her abdomen) is covered in a dark, ichor-like substance that makes her more durable. Her body is attached to a pair of large metallic clamps, which serve as her weapons. She is also the one responsible for creating the energy-draining crystals that populate the crystal region. She idolizes Anachiro since she was the first Heretic and hopes she can be her mentor. Having spent a long time in isolation, Behemoth longs for meaningful conversations since her squad-mates spout similar opinions, even if that comes from an enemy. Her tendency to become bored easily forces her to leave her post often. Her tattoo symbolizes the Four Beasts' ultimate goal which answer currently lies behind the door.

Cecil

Cecil is one of the denizens of Eden, an advanced settlement located in the surface situated in a remote region. Like Shifty, Cecil serves as the operator of Eden, additionally she is also a researcher. As the brains of Eden, Cecil is responsible for the creation of many advanced technologies in Eden such as the optic camouflage of the settlement that conceals Eden from Raptures and the entire Inherit squad. She even built and designed Eden itself. Cecil prides herself as the technological genius from Eden, having responsible for the creation of many innovative technologies from the settlement and managing the many aspects of the settlement herself. Generally speaking, she talks in a more formal tone, prioritizing also the completion of the mission at hand. Apart from this, Cecil is quick to ensure that any sensitive information mustn't be leaked such as the Protagonist's blood type. Although soft-spoken and cordial at all times, Cecil is strict when retorting others, especially Johan. At the very least, she share one sentiment with him: their wariness of Dorothy. Like all denizens of Eden, Cecil does not trust the Ark due to the trauma she suffered from her heydays. Following the recent battle with the Rapture Queen, Cecil is quite capable of putting her pride and conviction aside and prioritize on becoming stronger instead, setting up in completing one common goal.

Biscuit

Biscuit has an incredible empathy for dogs, and even seems to be able to intuit what they're saying. This has allowed her to not only take care of all the dogs in the shelter, but even find work as a dog-sitter for citizens of the Ark. Though it seems Biscuit herself has some dog-like behaviors ingrained, from eating kibble to literally sniffing out clues... A Nikke belonging to Happy Zoo, the Ark's management unit for animals, pets or otherwise. Due to her ability to communicate with animals, her responsibilities consist of rescuing stray and abused animals. Essentially a puppy given human form, Biscuit is a bundle of energy that is obviously fond of dogs. She can communicate with them with ease and exhibits many of their traits like a love playing fetch, a taste for dog food, a desire to run around, among many others. Despite her canine tendencies, she is a capable trainer and educator for both dogs and people. She has an excellent sense of smell and is good at tracking things down. Biscuit is very friendly, playful, and loves attention.

Novel

A detective that runs to the scene whenever a crime occurs. Tends to get overexcited during serious cases. This is especially true for murder cases, where she can barely keep her head on straight. Has aspirations of becoming the Ark's version of Sherlock Holmes, and in reality possesses powers of deduction that are very much comparable. However, these skills can only be used when her so-called “detective senses” kick in. This results in her often reaching rather absurd conclusions. Novel is an over eager detective who strives to be the Sherlock Holmes of the Ark. Normally, her power of deduction leaves a lot to be desired. However, certain stimuli can trigger her "detective senses" which she can use to help come to more accurate conclusions. Aside from her profession, Novel is very friendly and gets along well with others. Her love of mysteries combined with her antics tend to get on the nerves of her squad-mate Exia. When sending text messages, Novel has a tendency to overuse commas.

Mana

Mana is a researcher who works for Missilis M.M.R. research department. Although she's a Nikke, Mana has shown to be one of M.M.R. best researchers while providing important information to Elysion, Tetra, and mainly Missilis and running the rehabilitation center for dangerous criminals while also gaining information or helping them re-enter society. Rather than keeping to herself, Mana is very sociable and often cares for others while trying to remain professional at the same time. However, because of her position, Mana holds many secrets to the Ark and has close ties with Jien, and is aware of some of her works. Due to this, Mana treads carefully as if she lets any important information slip, most likely be disposed of. This includes your past, while Mana will never tell you anything about your past, she vows to stay by your side and to help you whenever you need her.

Einkk

Einkk is the Ark's artificial intelligence designed to oversee the Simulation Room. According to her, the creation of the Simulation Room was inspired by a certain Nikke. Aside from battle simulations, Einkk is also capable of creating simulation video games on a planetary scale, based on the data recorded in the NIMPH. This has been dubbed the "Simulation MK-II." Usually the greatest fears of a Nikke is often considered to be the main antagonist. Unlike in the real world, time in the Simulation MK-II only lasts for twelve hours which is its equivalent to the real world's 24 hours. According to herself, this simulation was created out of boredom. In constrast to her sister who is nonchalant and calculating since she simply oversees the Ark and pass judgment, Einkk has a more lively and cheerful personality. Whenever commanders are greeted by her in the Simulation Room, she would always display a sense of arrogance and confidence in a sarcastic way. Perhaps she has no problems commending those who have reached the final battle of the Simulation.

Mirror

A digital life form that replicates the appearance and personality of the deceased Red Shoes. She only possesses a non-corporeal form and thus often acts via her proxy. Mirror has her own agenda and is a major antagonist in the story of NIKKE, taking up the role of the original Red Shoes. Like Red Shoes, Mirror is highly intelligent, manipulative and patient. She predicts possible outcomes and circumstances, always planning ahead and not being shy to directly interfere herself if need be. However, having learnt from Red Shoes mistakes, Mirror is very careful whom she shares intel with, her full intentions always kept behind secrecy. During Cinderella’s corruption, Mirror appears for the first time within her mental space, speaking with a distorted voice and lacking any visible form. Having fallen into despair, Cinderella communicates with Mirror and questions her own identity.
