(to make ur life better) Feel insecure? here's some tips!

1. Youre beautiful even if you dont feel like it.
2. Dont starve yourself to be skinny! drink lots of water and eat healthy food and move around a bit. thats a healthy and efficient way!
3. also: a but of chub is NEVER bad. that coukd just be the fact you have organs.
4. try daily affirmations! they worked for me :3
5. every morning and every night, point out things that are pretty about you and slowly work towards the parts you dont like as more! :D (btw @myfreind for the letter)
