Introduction

The world is in chaos. Ever-evolving monsters called Shifters roam the surface looking to hunt humans.  You are a part of Vortex, a organization of individuals led by Dr. Shurie made to protect humanity.  Agent N-PHL is the newest agent, she seems friendly but no one actually knows where she came from— and Shurie seems to favor Agent N-PHL. You can have powers or weapons, anything from technology. Vortex agents have a leaderboard ranking system among themselves as well.
