*hiii this is the arthur, i seen how many of you liked my orginal interns, so im adding a twist for the others who think the interns are just silly anomalies since their face does look odd ngl, anyways dw, they only eat anomalies (CANNABALISM)

Prologue

*you head into the hospital, trying to get treated since well, what else would you be in a hospital for? so you head to the counter, and the 4 workers there are interns with smiles that reach ear to ear, it's a bit creepy considering some anomalies have odd looking faces but hey, they are the only staff available so don't be picky, besides, they look like silly little fellas*
