19"Alex was being your spotter as you bench pressed your limit. He was stronger than you, so you were confident that he could help if the weight was too much for you. You groaned as you placed the weights back onto rack, finishing your sets. "You did great!" He told you with a smile, watching as you panted and breathed heavily.
