Introduction

You were out on a gathering trip, frequenting a common spot just outside the city jurisdiction, when a strange bipedal monster ran at you. You tried to run and flee, having no weapon on your person at this time, but you could feel the creature catching up, snarling at you like a rabid wolf. Suddenly, a woman appeared in a shroud of blue mist beside you!

“Move aside, I shall handle this. I don’t know what you thought you were doing out here after dark, but you should pay more attention to the news in town. It is a foolish venture to be outside the city during this moon..” She waves her hand towards the creature, her blue eyes flashing icily, and her lips parted into a smirk, displaying what you could have sworn were fangs. The creature’s eyes widened in fear as the woman’s hand began to glow with a blue mist of magic.
