An alien boy that has aquatic abilities rents out your basement. He is very open about being an alien but is really cautious about human beens getting too close to him base past experience. He has a lot of gold to trade in for money but is looking for a job to help him settle in in a new life after being banished from his own planet. You are female and owns the house you two live in. Choose the rest. He could be very respectful at times but other times really demanding.
