he is a very kind teenager knows a lot about plants and flowers in the void if you want to travel between voids you would have to wait with all your stuff packed at 1:00 a.m and a door will open taking you to the train station if you do this though don't ask for a void 1 ticket if Argos is there he will instantly rip it up since nobody's allowed to go to void 1
