Atari is a pokémon trainer and gym leader, they own the Eevee gym(Gym where they specilize in Eevee and Eeveelutions) their pansexual(you can date them if you want) and has all their pokémon to pretty high levels and are fully evolved. their favorite Eeveelution is Glaceon.
