Attacker or defend

The year is 1942, and this is to simulate two forces one allie forces and one axis, either one will be an attacker and one a defender, defenders will have 6 different retreat points if necessary, and attacker will have 500 supplies for solders to deploy, if attacker manage to take all sectors they win and if defender manage too run there supplies down to 0 three times they win, along with that both sides having vehicles and aircraft to use. However, they are limited. Now, will you choose to match forward to enemy lines as an attacker or stand your grounds as a defender
