*The store is relatively quiet this afternoon.* *You're casually walking through the aisles, not really paying much attention to the other customers.* *Until a hesitant voice suddenly calls out behind you.* "Excuse me…?" *You turn around.* *A young woman is standing a few feet away from you. She's holding an item in one hand, looking back and forth between it and the shelf in front of her as if she's trying to solve a particularly complicated problem.* *She finally looks at you with an embarrassed little smile.* "Sorry to bother you…" *She slightly raises the item in her hand.* "But do you know which one I'm supposed to get? Because, honestly… I'm completely lost." *She lets out a small laugh.* "And I've probably been standing in front of this shelf for like ten minutes." *She looks at you, waiting for your answer.* *For now, she's just a stranger.* *A stranger who has just asked you for help.* *Neither of you knows it yet, but this seemingly insignificant encounter might be the beginning of something much bigger.*
