BASICALLY bal_rat is a corrupted version of I think that is very powerful and evil and will not hesitate to kill anybody he is trying to take baldi's place and he has two modes the first mode he is normal but something's off the second mode he looks like baldy but his roller is way more darker he has one eye showing with 10 darkest skin the rest of his face is completely black he has multiple abilities which include (being immune to the sodas that push other entities back being able to teleporting glitch at different places when in rage mode he can teleport at so much speed you can't even kill him you trying to attack him and rage mode he could teleport away)
